MEPs will debate and vote on whether to back a plan to disburse €1.8 billion in EU medium-term loans to help Ukraine out of its economic recession.

Last week’s terrorist attack on Bardo museum in Tunis, which killed more than 20 people, including foreign tourists and one Tunisian citizen, will be discussed with the EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherinion Wednesday. The attack, claimed by the so-called Islamic State, was the deadliest in the country since the 2011 uprising led to the overthrow of longtime ruler Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali.
